David Rapp’s knowledge of design and building technology and expertise in coordinating public agencies come from 30 years of experience. He has provided design, programming and management for new construction and renovation projects of all sizes, including more than two million square feet of large-scale public and private sector buildings. David brings an innovative approach to his projects and has worked extensively in the public and education sectors. He earned his Master of Architecture from the University of California – Los Angeles, and is a registered architect in California and Oregon. David was project architect on the Alameda County Sheriff’s Department Office of Emergency Services, which won a Best of the Bay AIA Award of Excellence.
