Skilled as an architectural designer, artist and illustrator, Kendra brings strong delineation and visualization skills to each project. She manages a wide variety of multi-family developments through city zoning and community engagement, working to achieve consensus along the way. She has designed key elements of major redevelopment projects such as Orient Heights and Washington Beech, mixed-income artist’s live-work spaces at Artblock in Boston’s South End, and a market-rate Maxwell’s Green in Somerville. Kendra was most recently the Project Manager for The Graphic, which is the largest modular construction project in the City of Boston. As ICON’s modular expert, Kendra has spoken at several conferences across the country regarding this innovative topic. She received a B.A. from Hendrix College and a B. Arch from the University of Arkansas.
