Case Study: Nashville Warehouse Company Gives New Life to Urban Industrial Site

At 166,294 square feet, the Nashville Warehouse Company Office is Nashville’s largest mass timber project to date. Located in the Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood, this DLT and glulam post-and-beam complex is part of a larger mixed-use development that will also bring housing, parking, and an outdoor concert venue to this rapidly growing area. Two office buildings, four and five stories tall, make up the office complex and feature distinctive vaulted gable roofs, a nod to the warehouses that historically occupied the area. Hear from the team’s architect and contractor about the successes and challenges of this landmark structure. Immediately following this session, StructureCraft, the project’s Structural Engineer and Timber Builder, will be available for an “Ask a Manufacturer” session.
